Every sound in this library is copyrighted by MEPO3 SOUND and granted to you free of charge for personal and commercial use — no registration.

Copyright (c) MEPO3 SOUND

This license covers every sound effect, music bed, and audio file published
in the MEPO3 SOUND library (each a "Sound"), including files obtained from the
website, CDN, plugins, or the public API.

1. Grant of rights
   MEPO3 SOUND grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable
   license to use, copy, modify, mix, sync, distribute, and commercially exploit
   each Sound — for personal or commercial purposes — at no charge and without
   registration.

2. What you may do (examples)
   - Use in games, apps, films, ads, YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, edtech, and products
   - Sell games or media that include the Sound
   - Modify, pitch, layer, or process the Sound
   - Redistribute the Sound file itself if you also include this license text
     (or a clear link to the license page on the MEPO3 SOUND site)

3. Attribution
   Attribution is appreciated but NOT required.

4. What you may not do
   - Claim that you are the original author of the MEPO3 SOUND catalog or brand
   - Use MEPO3 trademarks (name/logo) to imply endorsement without permission
   - Offer the Sound library as a competing stock library under another brand
     by merely rehosting our catalog without substantial new creative work

5. Ownership
   MEPO3 SOUND retains copyright in the Sounds. You receive a free license to use
   them as described above; you do not purchase ownership of the copyright.

6. No warranty
   Sounds are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. MEPO3 SOUND is not
   liable for any damages arising from use of the Sounds.

7. Termination
   This license continues unless you breach section 4. Upon cure of a breach,
   your license for already-downloaded Sounds continues for existing projects.
